Appointment was at 4am driver reached 4 hour earlier. Still at the 11AM he didn't get the door yet. And the place closes @ 1pm. Driver is waiting at his own risk in no parking for the load to get offloaded. All they need money to unload this.

As soon as they get some money from driver they will unload him. Driver went to ask them when they are going to unload him. Owner replied rudely and started abusing driver. Their owner should learn moral values and respect people time and value. Never go to this place. All those working people are not slaves.

I hope administration wakes up from deep sleep and permanently seal this kind a warehouse with no parking and driver harassment intentionally based on racism.

Been here two days and haven’t gotten unloaded. Ask them for my paperwork, so I can take the chicken elsewhere and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about, saying they now don’t have it

This was the WORST experience ever! This place is a JOKE, with no sense of urgency at all for carriers which is sad because they are American heroes. Risking their lives on the highways day by day bringing in freight. My carrier had a scheduled appointment for 4 am. He didn't get unloaded until 4:00 PM making him miss out on his next scheduled appointment. Which meant he missed out on money for his family. My carrier let me know he was skipped on numerous times and when he ask the client what was the ETA they got mad and kept pushing him back. How do we know because he watched other carriers that came in after getting in and out? They are not professional and if you are reading this please take heed and cancel your load. They will waste your whole day, and you will be stuck until the next day trying to get out.

One of worst place that I ever deliver fright. Rude people. Don’t know how to talk with people who’s delivering to your facility on time.they need to know if we drivers deliver loads. Then you guys start making money. Respect people and there time. Learn how to talk. Get some manners. ?

I’m not sure why they have a bad ratings I came a little before opening. Sent me to another location and started unloading me immediately. Good guys here. Bald guy is cool too. Will come back

These people hate working I guess maybe they are working against their will, these people are so rude, rude is to much of a nice word to explain how these people treat other people ? they give you the run around they will make you park on 6th Street and wait all day. Your appointment time schedule for your load isn't right they said they give it when the place closes. I really just don't understand them maybe you should just close up shop there's no room to back it's like residential and commercial property together lots of traffic down this little road. Horrible horrible place if you want to get unloaded at all bite your tongue.

Despite bad reviews, we showed up at 0415 for 0500 appt, were redirected to another address about a mile away and told to wait check in at 0530. Figured the nightmare had begun.... however, they showed up at 0530, took our paperwork, had us back in and had us empty in about 30 minutes. Its 0630 now and I have my bills.

Not too bad.

If you driving for them to drop off their product. Just forget about it never take their company’s load. They deserve negative rating. No check in system. Half of people have attitude on their ugly asses. Just don’t haul for them. Bad very bad experience.
