1. Placed order on 6/7 and was told the order will be delivered on 6/10.
2. Got a FedEx tracking number via chat late afternoon on 6/9. There is no tracking update until around noon on 6/10. Chatted with Yu Shang support twice and both times were confirmed the order will be delivered on the day. However, the order never show up on 6/10.
3. Called Yu Shang office this morning (6/11). The lady told me that she dropped off the package around 15:00 pm on 6/10. According to her, it supposes to be delivered on 6/10. But it never happen.
4. The lady called me back around 10 am this morning (6/11) and told me that FedEx told her the order is on FedEx trunk out for delivery.
5. I called FedEx myself around 10:30 and FedEx had opened a investigation case to track the package. FedEx call me back around 11:00 and told me the package was dropped off after hour on 6/10 around 19:10 pm (the Yu Shang lady told me around 15:00 pm on 6/10). The package is at FedEx station for driver pick up as of around 11:00 am this morning (6/11).
6. Still no new FedEx tracking update around 14:00 pm (6/11), called FedEx again and was told it won't be picked up until after 16:00 pm (6/11) and most likely will be delivered tomorrow (6/12).
7. Called Yu Shang office a couple of times to cancel the order, but no answer.
8. Submitted order cancellation request via app message and explained the situation. Cannot imagine what the cooked meat (chicken and pork) going to taste like after being in a sealed package for 3 full days under the hot temperature! Waiting for Yu Shang to respond.
9. Stay tuned for update and will never order from the place again!!
