This place is soo good I actually don’t want people to find out lol Yellowhouse Cafe is truly a unique establishment, from the outside of the building to walking in these awesome wooden doors, to seeing this giant antique chandelier right in the center of the cafe is just wild!! To think this place is in Northridge is crazy to me! The San Fernando valley really needed some place like this! I have never been to a two story cafe around here EVER!

I got every appetizer they had and LET ME TELL YOU!!! Alll of them was so fing goood!! Especially the house sauce !! Never had anything like it before. Their snacks paired perfectly with my Vanilla salt cream latte and crème brûlée matcha.

All their staff is so nice and will make you feel like you’re at home, they will literally go out of their way to open doors for people coming in and out with strollers or wheelchairs T T that’s crazy rare to see nowadays

Finally checked out the new cafe in Northridge next to CSUN after seeing it from social media. I didn’t get to try everything yet, but the drinks I did try were really well made—you can tell they’re actually focused on flavor and getting the mix just right, not just following trends. Definitely made me want to come back and explore more of the menu.

The inside is super cozy and surprisingly spacious. Lots of seating on the main floor, and they even have a quieter study area upstairs, which is perfect if you want to get work done or just chill. The Korean/Japanese fusion snacks are a fun twist too—great with drinks and not something you find at every cafe.

So glad something like this opened up near my home. Already planning my next visit.

Have been looking for a new coffee spot in the area that wasn’t overly sweet or just plain out disgusting cheap coffee, other coffee shops in the area just haven’t been it. RE coffee is decent but I am not about to wait in line outside in Cali summer heat for some damn coffee, NOPE! This place checks all the boxes! Area is great, the cafe itself is just super cozy and spacious (NO WAITING OUTSIDE)! It’s almost like someone moved a cafe from Korea to LA!

Drinks and Food are amazing ! Can definitely taste the quality in their coffee, non of that sugar and nasty syrup BS! The milk is super important when it comes to coffee for me cause most places just use cheapest milk possible for profit, this place only uses the best type of brands and trustable products. My stomach definitely gives it a 5 star as well lol!

Absolutely loved my visit here. Cozy and charming, with a warm, artsy vibe that feels like you’re stepping into a Van Gogh painting. I tried the Salted Vanilla Cream Latte and the Tiramisu Latte both were rich, smooth, and beautifully presented. Their organic 100% ceremonial matcha drinks, imported from Shizuoka, are a must-try if you’re a matcha lover.

OMG! I visited Yellow House Cafe in Northridge and was instantly impressed by the atmosphere. The space is clean, bright, warm, and beautifully designed with a modern, elegant touch.

They offer a unique menu you won’t find at other local coffee shops — the kind of drinks I used to drive to K-town for! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with recommending what to try.

I like to start with the basics before exploring more, so I ordered an iced vanilla latte, an iced matcha latte, and the pork katsu. The vanilla latte was smooth and clean, with perfectly balanced espresso and a rich vanilla bean flavor — not the usual syrupy kind. A staff member shared that they use actual vanilla beans, which was a nice surprise!

The matcha latte was also excellent — not too sweet, and you could really taste the deep, high-quality matcha. They use 100% ceremonial-grade matcha imported from Japan.

I ordered the pork katsu to-go, and it was flavorful and satisfying. I appreciated the high-quality to-go packaging — it made takeout super convenient.

I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu. This place is definitely going to be a local hot spot!

This place is beautiful and spacious and the the people are so nice. My mom doesn’t eat flour or sugar and they modified her drink so that she could have one of their tasty beverages. I had the matcha salt cream and it was perfect, not too sweet and not too earthy.
