Been going to Wyatt's since back when Phil was the owner over 25 years. I'm a professional in the trade. Came in to stock up on some supplies and asked the counter staff question about a part I was unfamiliar with and got a rather rude and certainly not helpful response. Thank you google. Later came to check out and my account was not showing up and while looking for it I was subjected to even more impolite and ill mannered remarks. I wont be coming back and I'm wont be referring my clients to them anymore. Phil would never tolerated this, nor should anyone else.

One of the three employees on duty tried to help. The other two, one of which, ironically, mentioned how understaffed they were, felt completely comfortable chatting amongst themselves while we tried to find the solution to our issue on our own. No, there were not any other customers in the store at that time.
