No overnight parking. There are a few spots close. Frozen check-in at 4 am. Guards are nice. Door given at guardshack. Vending machines with drinks and food. Bathrooms are cleaned with bleach.
IT'S VERY TIGHT GETTING IN THE DOORS. Unloaded by appointment.

They say no overnight parking, but that's a lie. You have plenty of time to get your 10-hour break in the dock while they count your product. Think they need to go back to preschool and learn how to count to 10 before working here.

Not sure why all the negative reviews on this place. I been here about 6 times and never a problem. Today I come in and found out I’m a day early and the director of operations happen to be at the guard shack and made sure I got unloaded today. They had the space and went out of their way to get me squared away. The gal in the guard shack was a sweetheart and very polite as well as the files in the receiving office. Thanks again guys.

Check in at guard and will give you door right away. Everyone is nice. Actual unloading time is fast. But they leave you at door for hours first. Maybe 3~6 hours total. Pay lumper by relay.

If you want to get a good nap in, this is the place to be. Receiving clerks VERY VERY rude and the unload crew is VERY VERY sorry. They take more smoke breaks hanging out on the steps than actual work. They care nothing about what you have to do or where you have to go next.
Whenever they decide to give you a green light you still have to wait a hour or more for paperwork. I’ve been here since 9AM it’s currently 13:10 and I’m still waiting to be released. Paid my lumper at 11:52 this morning. Once again they care nothing about you; nor what you have to do next. So don’t expect to come here and be in and out…

Family owned and run! These folks care about their customers, they care about our businesses, they care about our families, our staff and our guest. I have been in the industry for over thirty years and have never had the such personal care.

5 hours to unload, receiving staff very rude. I don’t recommended this place if you have a reload waiting for you. Unloaders takes several brakes. They stay outside receiving office door smocking .

Arrived a 8am for a 9am appointment. They didn’t start unloading me until 10am. They unloaded trucks before me that had arrived after me. Finally at 12:15pm they sent the lumper link. Then I had to wait over an hour for my paperwork. No communication. They care nothing about a drivers time.
