My previous review was five stars. The customer assistance on the phone is great. And the website is decent. Unfortunately the drivers are somewhat lazy and careless. The phrase "you had one job" comes to mind. The manufacturers of the sanitation trucks have now made it so that a single button press is needed to grab and dump the container. The problem: Driver #one comes by and mistakenly nudges the other bin. The other bin (either recycle or garbage) is then askew by 10-15 degrees. Along comes driver #two who cannot manage to get the now askew container into the "jaws." So, the driver "moves on" and leaves the FULL bin. Is it really too much to ask that, on the odd occasion a bin is nicked, the driver align the bin? Seriously. I've taken to separating all bins by at least 6 feet. Wow. Can you imagine other workers in other industries missing a simple task like this?....on an aviation assembly line, a hamburger fryer, a child's crib? "You had one job."

Great availability of services besides weekly pick-up. This past year we’ve ordered a large bin, bulk pick-up and E-waste pick-up. Delivery of these services was prompt and it was really easy ordering the services online.

Did not bring back our cans last week-we pay for backyard service as we our senior and the driveway is steep. First told they can't be brought back until next pickup day which makes no sense-they would then be picked up, empty? Finally got someone on the phone who after some effort managed to understand what backyard service is arranged to have them brought back later that day. Of course it was Albert, our former route driver, who came. He is the only one who can ever fix things. The people in the office have no information about how the route works, it's like it's their first day, every time. They ask my address, why doesn't that bring up pertinent information in the computer so I don't have to educate them every time?

We have had issues with waste management since the start of this year. We have had several missed pick ups which each led to additional three days of scheduled pick ups also being missed. It was hard to get in touch with people that could help resolve the situation. It was always “scheduled“ No pick up would get picked up. Eventually spoke to Supervisor , which gave a $28 credit. Which then resulted in a stop of service. Which then resulted in a $35 Restoration fee. This is absolutely horrible and unreliable customer service. Please get your act together
