Chicken was A1. Juicy af, still tender, breading immaculate. No spice stands out, it’s not overpowering, subtle flavors give the chicken itself a chance to shine. Kudos to whatever oil and filtration system they’re using here. This chicken stands out. It’s saucier and….meatier than Bdubs or Applebees. It was piping hot, I ordered via UberEats and it was right on time. Young lady at the counter was cheerful and greeted me quickly. Bagged up with utensils, appreciated. Sauce was generous, Parmesan was hitting, garlic was never too much. Loved the Buffalo lemon pepper, not too hot, just right. Garlic parm, I’m more of a wet sauce guy but the flavor was spot on, generous with the parm and seasoning. Wings were all thoroughly cooked and very nicely sized, dare I say hand-cut? Clean spot, cheerful service, amazing food. Don’t hesitate, they got something good with this franchise. Looking forward to desserts.

Everything tasted really really good. Fresh, hot and flavorful. The only thing is it feels a bit pricy for what you get. And you don't get an included sauce. For the price point... I'd expect at least a dipping sauce to be included. Other than that it's really good. Def one of the best flavored I'd had. Service is also quick! 12 minutes for the order to be ready. Which happens to be the cook time on the chicken. Really good timing.

Lady at the front counter is incredibly nice! Greeted as soon as we walked in and did her best to accommodate our order and give us the best price. Food came out fast and hot and delicious! 10/10

Friendliest Cashier ever, she was so helpful, listened well and showed me about the new meal and flavor options, just on the hospitality alone, I recommend. The boneless honey hot BBQ was a good sauce

Cauliflower wings were soggy, but you do get alot of them and they are good. The parm fries were extremely greasy.

So good! Traditional bbq and garlic parm wings were crispy and delicious. Bbq was definitely not lacking on the sauce. Love the dill ranch too.

First, I'll say this restaurant used to be one of my favorite spots. HOWEVER, over the last couple of years things have gone drastically downhill. The quality of wings: Below subpar. The seasonings on the wings(besides buffalo): subpar. And I just kept hoping they'd get better, but tonight was the last straw.
1. There were so many feathers on A LOT of the wings. And I'm talking thick feathers. Like, those wings could've taken flight, if they wanted to! In total we ordered 30 wings. At least 15 had feathers thicker and stiffer than hay.
2. We ordered 12 buffalo wings, only 7 of them had sauce. The rest were plain.

My husband calls to let them know about the quality of our food and is told to bring it back and they'll make it again. But obviously we weren't all on the same page as to what was going to be remade.

The employee thought that they were going to take the 5 unsauced wings and put them back in the box. He also put on gloves and attempted to pull the feathers from wings that were covered and give those back.

My husband, of course, refused to accept that same food back and requested that they make the complete order over or give him a refund. After the employees talked, they decided to make the food over again. But that's not the end. They fix the wings and attempt to bag it really fast. My husband says "No, let me check it first". Low and behold, there's only 10 of each wing flavor we ordered, when there should be 12! After this experience, we are done! I'd rather go to BWW.

I absolutely love this place preet is the most friendly cashier I have met so far I walked in and the first thing I hear was hello welcome to wing snob raghu was the cook for the day here and he did an absolutely amazing job with my food he even held a conversation with me while he was cooking in the back
