This is a beautiful and peaceful park to hang out at. They have a nice swimming pool, concession stand, movie theater, volleyball court, park benches, docks, tennis courts, and playscape. I took karate and tennis lessons for years here.

A wonderful place for a wedding or event. Right on the water, a nice patio and plenty of space outside to move around! Lovely across the board. This was my brothers wedding and their setup. The patio you can see through the windows.

Best park in the Park!
I start my weekdays here at 5:30 AM, when the gym opens. In the summer, the pool also opens at 5:30 AM to lap swimmers. There is nothing better than a workout to the sunrise over Lake St. Clair.
We love seeing the first run movies here with the kids. Make sure and get your tickets earlier in the day, if it is a hit movie, they do sell out.
They finally heated the toddler pool, which is appreciated. It was always beautiful and now it is also practical.
The new sunroom addition to the Tompkins center is well done.
I do wish that they would add Jetski parking in the marina. I believe we have the only marina in the Pointes that has nothing for Jetski's. There is my wish!
This is a residence only park and is attended by friendly gatekeepers, who know me as the Husband of my wife. There is no question which one of us is more popular 😉

Great place that's quiet right by the water. Tuesdays nights in the summer there are evening sailboat races that start and finish right by the park

Beautiful outlook onto the water. Nice for a walk, picnic, volleyball, space for the kids to run. They do have some areas sectioned off for repairs or construction right now but it's still a nice walk along the water, picnic benches, 2 beach volleyball nets and a few mature willow trees. The wooden Pavillion is not able to be used as it is on the outside of the marked off/ no access area. Well kept grounds, tree line and gardens.
