This review is late coming because I purchased lumber over a year ago. April or May of 2020 I called up and ordered over $2,000 worth of 2x4s 2x6’s and plywood to be delivered. The transaction was easy enough and the customer service was good during the sale. After delivery, I started to build our shed and noticed right away that many of the 2x4s (and 2x6s) were warped so badly that they were unusable. I took into account for a few bad eggs in my lumber order so I brushed it off as very annoying, but not the end of the world. Our project was put on hold and the wood was stored and stacked properly. Pulling it out again to complete our project recently was an instant reminder of the disappointment I felt when I first purchased the order. At least 1 in 4 boards are warped beyond use. I only realized this once I sorted out all the junk and ended up at another lumber yard to purchase replacement material at double the price of what I paid pre pandemic lumber spike. I feel like because I never went into the store to purchase (it was a phone transaction) that they simply didn’t bother to quality check any of the lumber. Simple eyeballing would tell you it was literally twisted into S curves. I ordered from here even though it was further away from my residence than many others because of a recommendation, and the positive reviews made it an easy decision. I cannot speak for their in store products or customer service, only the terrible quality of product that I received. If you want to blow your project budget on replacement lumber, this is the place. Otherwise, steer clear and check out other lumber yards. I have attached a couple of pictures showing the quality of product, but was not going to spend hours taking pictures of each board as many are as bad or worse than what is shown.

Great place. The lumber is very high quality especially in comparison to the big box stores. The customer service is top notch. There is always someone ready and willing to help you find anything. They are also well stocked with just about anything you want or need for your project. Highly recommend over going big box stores!
