We are locally base store in Missouri. We always get our products from there. Since last year when the owner change the attitude of the lady who work there has change. She was extremely rude and let the customers wait out side while, we were doing business there.
We believe to support local businesses but not the cost of insult. We are extremely sorry to say because of the rudeness of the employee we will not be doing business with them anymore. I left my number with this lady to tell the owner to contact me but never received a call back. I think he have lot off business so he don't care.
I would say because of the rudeness of an employee to owners lost their business.

This place was good. After new owner it all went down. Low in production, no one answer phone, i went their personally no one was available. Trying to talk to owner no one was allowed to give his number. I left my number no one called me.

The lady extremely rude to us we were there to pick up a big order and they made us wait outside for 15min. Which made us change are mind on getting $1,000 worth of products.
