Easy to get to. With only 4 pallets I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Don't try to go in the bldg to check in. You have to call the phone number to get checked in .... if the mail box is full keep trying. They will call you back. They had me call in and then put the paperwork on the tail of the trailer ... like when Covid was a problem.

My appointment was at 0500 am
I reached there at 0100 am
Office was open but a rude lady wasn’t in mood for talking or giving instructions except pointing at white board which has no clear writing on.
Write your info on checking sheet and leave BOL in basket next to it. Someone will come get you.
Got door at 7 am.
They charge lumper, efs or cash.
Parking on side of street.
You can also park inside parking lot.

This is place is not about first come first serve I got in at night and For them to open. The number they have there. To check in no one answers. I waited for the guy that comes to the yard and With our bills. That was at 4 AM. They never gave me a door everybody else went through. So the guy saw me walking towards the office.
And he stops me and tells me to Wait 5 minuthen, he stop to me.and till me to back up onto a door. SMH

For delivery drivers: this place DOES NOT run by appointments. They take in trucks that have 5 pallets or less first, no matter when you arrive. If trucks with 5 pallets or less keep coming, you’ll be stuck here all day. However, David in the receiving was a super nice and understanding guy, he took me in and got a full truck unloaded in under 30 minutes. So 4 stars only because of that guy. He also said that they have this problem every single day, that brokers tell drivers they have appointments when in fact they don’t.

I called at 6am couldn't get anyone on the phone so I walked inside I talked to the guy over shipping who was super rude. Finally got into a door about an hour later . I had 6 pallets at 9am I called them just getting an eta and the shipping person made a rude comment and hung up on me. I hope to never return.

Used to be a good place to deliver to, now they take a long time to unload. I was the first driver to sign in, first one at a door, yet 3 trucks left before they even started unloading me.

And keep an eye on your load bars.
