I called to check on the status of my wholesale application. Anna didn’t have any helpful answers. I explained that I have been waiting a while for this. While explaining the situation, she immediately got very agitated told me someone would call me back and hang up. Called back and got Bob (Director) who neither acknowledged or apologized for this unprofessional behavior. He did say my application was approved and I can come to the store. So I showed at the store. Again no acknowledgement or apology from Bob the DIRECTOR!
Bob, I don’t blame Anna, she’s a product of the leadership and her behavior spoke volumes on how you run the store and what is acceptable.
I expected more from Weston Nursery’s and shocked that you all see this as “business as usual”. Bob I thought the director title carried some weight and accountability. It does in most business maybe not at Weston Nurseries! So sad.

I bought some plants on line, thinking it would be the quickest and easiest way to shop. I had two orders one day apart. I called on the morning I was coming. Had my 2 order numbers and told them what time I would be there to pick up the orders. When I got there, only one order was ready. Multiples plants that I had bought online, were now all of a sudden not in the store. The worst part of the experience was in the information shed with Chris. I was sent to the info desk to pick up my order. No one was there. I had 2 workers call someone to come to help me. About 15 min later Chris arrives. There were two men hanging near the shed. He asked who was first, I said that would be me, as I had you called quite some time ago. He proceeded to ignore me and chit chat with the men. He finally gave me his attention, printed out my order and drove off on his golf cart to retrieve my order. In the meantime I walked around and sat in the sun. Finally 40min later, I walked back over to see what was going on, as I only ordered 6 small plants. Chris was back in the shed, sitting down, and taking to two other workers. He told me you didn’t give me enough time to get your order, I’m way too busy, but you can go get them yourself? I said yes you look very busy, and the three mean proceeded to essentially laugh at me. A man would never be treated like this. You should be ashamed of yourself Chris!! Luckily you are also blessed with some great hard working staff, who took pity on me and helped me put my order together. I didn’t get their names but there were three woman and a gentleman working in the perennial section of the nursery. They were appalled at how I was treated, and did everything they could to help me. I left Westin Nursery absolutely disgusted with how men like Chris in the information shack and the other two who were sitting in the shack with him get away with treating women. Chris you work in customer service 50 percent of your customers are women, and you just lost one of them!

I would really feel guilty If I did not write a review to the people who work at this place. I did not buy anything, but still their hospitality and knowledge made me rite this review. I called to order loam and compost delivery for next day, the gentleman did not had bandwidth to deliver, but, instead he was very helpful in recommending to places where they can have a quick delivery. That's called Customer Satisfaction. Next time I would plan ahead and order my lawn supplies from this place.
