08/06/24. Check in 0700. Appt 0700. Loaded 1000. Got bills 1030. I was the 1st to get loaded. Restroom inside shipping office. Park along the tree line and Ring door bell when you arrive. Many other drivers are still waiting in line to get loaded. Everyone here is kind and polite but there's no sense of urgency to get trucks loaded and out of here.

If you are going to pick up, make sure your trailer is a brand new and never being used.
They are so picking . Don’t loose your time and money.. they reject my trailer because a mosquito flying around ……

I've loaded at this place before and it wasn't as good of service as it is now. They have new employees and it's totally obvious from the way things are handled now from the pre inspection of the trailer before loading, the receiver at the lobby actually came out & jumped in the trailer & helped me clear out any debris that would hold me up from being loaded up also the loading was done done quickly and correctly without me having to go get a scale ticket and coming back which saved me at least one hour of drive time on my clock they listened to the drivers & employees & made the necessary changes to make it a total different experience they're very professional and it showed with how fast I got in & out of the docks I wish more shipping & receiving warehouses took these kinds of steps to make it alot easier to get loaded & unload & checked into a warehouse it would make a huge difference

Worst shipper, they don’t care about your appointment

I arrived at 10:41 for a 1200 appointment.the guy says load number is good but give him a minute. We'll 3 hours later I find out through the broker that the load isn't being close of been ready. I've seen 1 truck get loaded in 45 minutes....but here's his catch...he waited almost 2 1/2 hours to get his paperwork for he pulled away from the dock and waited for his paperwork. Seriously folks bring a lunch or 2 ,some reading material for for it'll be a loonnnnnnggggg while while you wait. By the way watch for the yard jockey pulling trailer's in an out of docks.... he's 4 Wheeling in the grass in front of 1 ,2, and 4...lol....my amusement for the day. Truckers be SAFE and have a great day.

Update,company still is the worst for not respecting load time. 3-5 hrs to get loaded if your lucky
