Food is always delicious if you get your entire meal. I don’t suggest ever doing pickup orders as the last several times they have forgotten at least half of our order. This is the first time I have ever called and complained and actually sent my husband back to have it corrected and they STILL SCREW UP giving us chicken biscuits instead of two sausages and a honey butter biscuit. Just a suggestion go in to eat or go through drive thru no pickup as you won’t even get your correct order.

Serving rock hard damn fries literally could barely take a bite. Not to mention it took me like 10mins to order because they’re to busy playing to pay attention to my order. I also asked for a drink carrier and they roll their eyes at me I had order 3 drinks. I came back in to fix my fries and the lady got an attitude with me telling me there perfectly fine and before I could finish my sentence she walked off and said I’ll just make new ones, and then they through way the so called good fries that was in there fry basket away. I’m very dissatisfied about the whole thing.

I usually eat here at least once a week but after going tonight, I won't return. I ordered the jr. bacon cheeseburger bag and the meat was raw on the inside. I was the only person in the drive thru and noone was inside so there was no reason they should have been in such a hurry they couldn't make sure the meat was completely cooked. The fries were cold but I could deal with that since it was close to 10pm. I tried to call several times and no one would answer. If there was a photo option on this review I would share one!

I guess the guarantee that fries will be hot and fresh is over. Unless you hold up the drive thru and have a small order to be able to check. I live 1 min away. Got home and fries were like cold cardboard. I was too tired to have to drive back. I understand trying to save money, but to do it at the expense of customers is not a good practice. This was the third and last time this will happen because I will not be back. I will go to another Wendy's. I was once excited about having one here In Hartselle, but have quickly got changed my mind.

Order was $15 and some change, they forgot my meal but got the kid’s meal. Pretty disappointed but atleast the kids are fed. Not worth the effort to drive back up for my sandwhich… put the kids in the car, drive them up, come back, etc…

The hamburgers are so small!! Including the baconator!! Went to wendys got a few burgers , a double cheese and a
Baconator and a regular cheeseburger ?, spent nearly 30 for them ,they were so small, meat so little,the whole sandwich looked like a kids meal. So went on down to Sonic , got a triple beef burger and the infamous number 1 and and a cheesy chili dog! $19 buckaroos!!
Bigger hamburgers, more beef for your money than wendys!! So disappointed in Wendys, Mr. Wendy would be rolling in his grave right now.

The people were nice but the who gave food seemed very confused but the food was great and the place was a little dirty but besides that I would definitely go again also I recommend the orange dreamsicle frosty

Many things in this trip. Why is there a LITERAL child working . And the lady at the drive through was sitting , coughing her head off. ON THE PHONE. The line is backed up. Bad. We sat in line for 20 mins, nothing was fresh so why were we there so long. Not to mention another employee had go around her to hand us the food. They forgot our drinks. It was 10, now 10:36.
