We had the pleasure of meeting Mike, the owner, and talking to him about all that his store has to offer. He has personally tried all of the products he sells, so he speaks from years of experience and has great customer service! He has extensive knowledge of grow setups, the best soils and nutrients to use, and is a great resource for his customers. I definitely recommend this store for all of your gardening needs!

Sold them product, and never got paid. Said it was my fault for even sending it. Then told me to take it to small claims court. Classy bunch. Been in business 40 years, ever seen anything like that before.

This gardening store has everything you need to get your plants healthy and happy. All employees there are experienced gardeners, they can answer and aid you with most questions regarding plants. I've depended on their supplies and support for a few years. Ashley, Shaun, Mike, Danny, all experts from experience. Best prices, beats Amazon prices. You can do hydro, organic, soil, they got you covered. Did I say they have bargain prices? From lights, filters, fans, tents, pH pens and fertilizers, all kinds of stuff.

Mike and Brandon totally will hook you up with all the stuff you need. Pindsrup and Zen nutes are the very best you can buy. They are both inexpensive and work great together! They make growing so easy! Thank you Ag Gen for making my grows top shelf every time! ❤️🌲

Ag-Gen is a wonderful hydro store. The owner Mike is a cool guy. Whether you need nutrients, trimming accessories, a new bulb or whatever equipment, this is your one stop shop. Everyone here speaks english too. Thumbs up!

Just disappointing.. I went here once before, and the service by the young man working there was professional and good. However, today i went in and the manager/Owner was helping me. Wow... So he starts by making assumptions about why my plants are probably not doing well and stuff. And I simple ask if he has a certain kind on Nutes i can get from him. He continues to condescendingly try to explain to me how growing plants works. I guess cause he assumed i didnt know what i was doing or something.. And when i asked if there was another store nearby that might sell the thing i needed, he got very upset, and told he to leave his store.. i said "Seriously"? He said i was being rude and he didnt want me there anymore. I said i wasnt trying to be rude, Im injured (Torn MCL) and standing for long periods is painful and im just trying to get home as fast as possible. The guy then says "If your leg hurts, maybe you should have a cane or something!"... Honestly im blown away. This Epidemic has done a really good job of showing people for who they truly are. And the individual who manages this store is a heartless troll of a person. And i feel very sorry for the poor employees that have to deal with him.

Solid Hydro shop. They will not overwhelm you with hundreds of products. Instead they have tried and true performers that will help you each step of the way. Prices are competitive and they have everything you need.

WORST PLACE TO GO! I called this place first before going in to check in and see if they had the product I was looking for and sure enough they did. I head in to buy it and manage to get there in time right before they closed and made the purchase from the owner Mike. When I got home I opened my product and noticed it was gelled and thick and just was not right, sure enough the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle was A YEAR OLD! Being that it’s closed called the next day to see if I can return it and get some other things I needed the lady that answered the phone said I could return for store credit and purchase something else and she said yes. I traveled to the store to do so and when I’m returning the item the so called “Owner Mike” just walked out f the office on his phone and told the lady to just return the money and business with me was done. OUT OF NO WHERE. No explanation not even trying to pay attention I couldn’t be more mad at a place and upset like people seriously don’t go here. IF YOU GO HERE AND THEN RETURN SOMETHING HE WILL PROBABLY JUST GET MAD. Take your business else where cause this guy definitely needs help before business.
