How my day went at good ol’ Wayne farms. I got here last night at 8pm and slept overnight on the entrance to Wayne farms. I checked in at 7:27am because I wasn’t aware that you could check in at 7am. Gate guard was blaring rap music that went into immaculate detail on how to have intercourse with a bunch of women and how much money they have in much more vulgar language. I backed into door at 830am and 3 hours later they sealed me up and I thought I was ready to go. Boy was I wrong. They accidentally loaded my trailer with someone else’s freight and had to break my seal and unload trailer to reload it with, hopefully, the right freight this time. I walked into shipping every couple hours to ask the status of loading my trailer and they are all just sitting around in the break room on their phones or outside smoking on their phones. I left the dock at 9:12pm. Wayne farms employees get paid hourly to sit on their phones the whole day all these truckers are out here not making a dime because the truck isn’t moving. Make sure to have a full reefer tank and some food to eat before you come here if you decide. Wayne farms I hope you can get your stuff together someday and change how this place is ran. You get one star because I can park outside your gate overnight.

I can truly say this place is not as bad as reviews say they are very friendly people all i will say is make sure you have a trailer wash out…load locks…&…a pad ? it was scary pulling into this place but once I made it round it wasn’t bad at all it’s plenty of turn around room now the parking might be a lil tight if they are busy plus they have a restroom ?

Only reason for the 4 stars is the security. Young white guy. It's my first time here. Read all signs. Got to him, he gonna have an attitude and not tell me I needed to back up til I asked him. And I even explained I never been here. He failed to tell me directions or anything I had to Do.. luckily, im very competent so I asked questions. Had to move truck in order to get checked in... but they got me into door immediately, I was just a hr ahead of my time. I'm out by 2040. Appt was at 2000

Horrible place to deliver to.. Absolutely no room to back in or turn around... shipping receiving clerk was very rude..explained there was no places to park the trailer and she would argue there were...ummm, take your sweet cheeks out and look for yourself...this place is a joke ..Stay away truckers!

4 hours getting loaded very slow like to sit and play on phones had to pay $20 for a padlock that is only probly $2 at the store because you have to have a padlock or they won't let you leave the property.

People are nice but this is the deep south, no one works fast.
Was told my load would be ready after midnight and it's already 9+ hrs past and my load isn't ready yet.
No food available nearby.
15 miles to the south is the nearest place to eat and you can only bobtail into these places.
So, pack a lunch and be prepared for the long wait...

I come here often, loads are supposed to be drop and hook but never are. Got here tonight, 3-16-24 for a pickup at 1900, it is now 2145 and they still don’t even have the product for my load. Someone in management needs to clean house and get this place straight. Never have loads ready, wait for hours on end, only reason for 2 stars is that they usually have room to park. Good thing they do because you will always need it when coming here.

Slow loading. Shipping is rude and abrupt. Not uncommon to have them just walk away when asking about when load will be ready. Typical kill plant, stinks and full of flies. Obviously their hiring standards are reflective of the workers available in the area. Live haul drivers are oblivious to driver and plant etiquette as well. Guards are nice enough so 1 star for that. If you have a drop and hook and the load is ready it's not a bad place to go but that one time when you have to interact with Shipping for information will make you want to never come back.
