Wave Soda did fix the problem after much stress and not fully reading my emails.

I ordered a sampler pack of 4 flavors from their website in July. Out of the 4 flavors, Blackberry was the only one we enjoyed. I will donate the rest of that first flat to Covid-19 strugglers.

I did not ask for a subscription. I did not get notification of a subscription. I got notified that I was getting an order which I immediately contacted them on their website with no reply. I actually hung a no refusal sign on my door for fed ex which I know isnt Wave Soda but not even Fed Ex took it back.

After fed ex ignored my refusal of delivery sign, I emailed Wave Soda again and even explained that we had decided to go through amazon and only order blackberry but this issue needed fixed first. Its true, I do love the blackberry like I said but the rest of the flavors were disappointing and weren't worth the money.

I received my first email back after no response and they told me to go to amazon to complain!!! They did NOT even read my emails that I had taken MY time to write.

I am so disappointed in this company, Wave Soda in how this was handled from start to finish.

Even though we liked the blackberry Wave soda, this will be the end for us forever if they do not acknowledge their mistake, the rude email that they responded to in haste not even reading what I wrote very clearly and finally the inconsideration of the company.

Wave Soda finally acknowledged that they did not even read my amazon email regarding the entire incident not just about my amazon order. They did give me the refund which is good because I did not order it and I did not have my credit card on file under my permission. Im grateful they did the right thing in the end and they could gladly come get all their soda back if that's how they want to be. I will donate it to Covid-19 relief in my area. At least it can be used for good.

I bought a 6-pack of this soda despite its premium price expecting to be wowed. That was definitely NOT my experience. First, two of the cans were only 1/4 full, and a third was not pressurized. This leaves me spending almost $3 for each drinkable can of soda. It is the middle of a pandemic, so I am not going to go stand in line at the store to return them. (The pandemic also leaves me with lots of time to do things like write Google reviews of my soda experience.)
What I DID do is contact the company via their web site and politely explain my situation. It has been three weeks and I have not heard back from them. Terrible quality control, terrible customer service. But how is the drink itself? Not bad, but definitely not worth the premium price.
I will not be buying this again.
