The gate is only closed on the weekends. You can park here overnight. I arrived at 0630 with an 1100 appointment. My load was 20 pallets/3,189 pieces. I was given a door immediately. They started unloading at 0745. Trailer was empty at 0800. I had bills in hand at 0815. I guess you walk in when you get the green light. That's what I did anyway. If you have to use their lumper service. They use an online portal that allows you to input your check code or credit card number. You can't pay with a check or cash. You must use the online portal. There's 15 parking spots on the Southeast side. You can park if you've got time to kill. Or you want to wait out morning rush hour. Have a good one.

Don’t go vistar if you don’t have to, I’m already here over 35 hours waiting to be unloaded, yesterday I asked to drop the trailer so I can go buy me some food. They didn’t let me do that so thanks God. There is DoorDash which deliver food so I didn’t die. I am driving for 26 years, but I can’t remember if I ever waited so long..

If you ever visit this place you better be prepared. This is the type of place that would bully drivers just to feel good. They have zero respect for drivers if you ever had a bad experience anywhere multiplay that by 10. Even if you come here 1hr before appointment they will make you leave or if lucky enough they make you wait in the yard and unloading good luck they take two to three hours to get started and then 2 hrs to unload and 2 hrs to count every little thing. If you hate trucking this place will make it your last. I almost quit after 17 years of trucking. If you have amazon load and follow gps it will take you through the back and just when you get to the end they have a chain on the gate and would make you reverse through the corners and back up all the way they made a guy do it while the ground is covered in snow and they ran outside to watch him reverse and laughing like they felt good bullying a guy who’s probably his firstime here. I will never pick up another load for vistar even if they pay10k,

Over night parking available, 6:45 am easy check in process, door was assigned by 7:15 am, checked out by 7:45am! Enough room for maneuver, nice experience!
