They was busy today.
I delivered 3 pallets here 03/29/23.
Check in at 9:25 for 10:00 am appointment. Get the door at 10:49 am. Unloaded at 12:42 pm. Can do better.
They have a space for about 15 trucks parking but some drivers lazy to park normally. I don’t know about o/n but they don’t have a gate. Restroom outside.

7am, checked in at 6am got the dock, paid lumper 7:30am and got paperwork 7:45am.

Got unloaded fast. Then waited 2 hrs for my paperwork. 3 pallets. Made me late to my other deliveries.

No Rest Rooms, No overnight parking, Not good management. Very Lazy and inefficient. Long line of waiting drivers. The person who is handling paperwork is very slow. He went out to get copies of my paperwork and came back after 25 mins. Please make sure you have a Comm Check ready when you check in. For us it was $224.00 of Lumper Fees. I had to inform my company and they had to issue them a comm check. Total waste of time. I got here at 8:15 a.m. and got out 12:52 pm.

I was in and out within an hour. The Dock Workers are decent people. Just make sure that you prepare yourself with some comchecks or EFS, because you got to pay those lumpers. They charged me $150 to unload a half trailer.. They're lunch is from 11 to 12 p.m. So you're going to be sitting while they're on lunch.
