Personnel seldom answer in-coming calls. Customer service is next to impossible to get to. All calls are computer driven and your questions don't
matter. Verizon has some ok plans, it is not worth the stress to deal with them. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone.

Very, clean well organized store with a large produce section and meat department. This store gives its shoppers lots of choices on food items by having various brands and different food options. The items are a little pricey but in different sections of the store there are small areas with clearence items. Ive been able to find bargain prices even on items like Milk.

I love it because they will patiently answer my questions! I have confidence in what they tell me not that they are just trying to sell me the highest priced item. To be honest they just spoil me and I love it!

If I could give no stars, I would. The women did not want to wait on my father and myself. She actually left us standing there and ran into the parking lot to help someone else with not even a “be right back” or “sorry.”
It was very obvious that she had no desire to help us buy a new phone. We will be going to Walmart and going with Straight Talk and a different carrier. My dad has been with Verizon for 15 years or more. This was ridiculous!

I had to drive from El Dorado since our Verizon store is still closed. Chasity was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She had me out of there in 15 mins.
