I got here at 5:45a for a 10:00 a.m. appointment. They told me I could have been here at 5:00 a.m.. it's a Friday morning there's only one other guy here. It's very laid back very cut and dry very orderly. The people are professional and polite and intelligent. I was expecting all kinds of problems from the other reviews. I didn't see any problems when I first drove by from a glance at all; I already knew it was going to be good. You check in not at the first entrance. There is a sign that says which entrance it's like another light or two. You check in with the security there and then make a u-turn in the lot and go back to the entrance that says no entrance. I went to Dock 17 with some cooking oil and stuck it in on the first shot because there was no one else next to me which sometimes makes it easier actually and also because I have 10 years of experience. Drop the trailer and then you take the bobtail next to dock 19 where it says staging and which is where he will direct you to be. They call you when your load is done being unloaded. Before going to dock 17 I checked in next to door 14.

Well we made it here @ 515pm. We didn't have no appt. We were a work in. So you check in around the corner from the entrance, then once given a door you go to the actual facility. Yeah a lil cray cray. But anywhoo. We arrived @ 515pm given a door immediately, number 24 to be exact, and when the reviews stated it's tight, trust and believe it's tight. You must drop your trailer and bobtail back where u checked in @ around the corner. We received a call @ 730pm, stating our trailer was ready. Not bad for a work in right. 4 stars for all the back and forth. Plus they need to hv their yard dog put the trailer in the doors. Ijs food for thought..

I had a drop and hook it took almost 1 hr from start to finish tailer needs to be full of fuel and clean and slide tandems all the way back

Yup! They are not joking on the review! It is really tight!! I was bless enough to be here early that no trucks was here yet. Take your time be patient and you will get. Good luck!👍

I have not gotten into my dock yet, but this is one of those shippers that you have to work together with the other trucks here in order to get into your dock. I have had zero problem with the guards here they have been very friendly. I will add to this after I get into my dock and see how long it takes them to get me loaded.

They are pleasant and reasonably nice people, but pack a lunch. And pack dinner and breakfast also. 1 PM appointment. 5 AM get a door. 6 AM loaded. It shouldn't take 17 hours to load a trailer.

It’s a pain to get to and it’s tight every where but the people are ok if not nearly nice . But you have to go to the 41st court street entrance the gate will say drop lot but that’s where you go and then you have to tune around and go three blocks to the actual entrance but the place is tight tight and tight so be cautious with your tandems , trailer , tail end swing !!! And the place is extremely grease for some reason so watch where you step .
