May appointment was 11am 🕚 got there at 10 they didn’t want too check me in they said I need to come back on appointment time so I did come back on my appointment time they scale me and send me too other location after 7 hours waiting they call me with dack door and waited another 4 hours to get loading after that almost 2 hours for BOL I will never pick up from here again.!

DO NOT COME! Truck drivers this is a waste of time. checked in 3pm out 11:40pm. Waste of time. This is a scale house people here are friendly but that's where positives end. They will send you to warehouse down the street to be loaded where they WASTE Truck Driver's time

Having moved from California to Washington, sometimes it’s hard to find good produce here in Washington. We stubbles across cantaloupes from this little store in Coupeville, WA and they were absolutely amazing! They were from your farm Groningen & Sons. I haven’t had a decent cantaloupe in years and I was pleasantly surprised! My father(Jack Busby) was a farmer in Arvin, CA for 20+ years, and they raised cantaloupes in that area that we’re good, but these cantaloupes were delicious!
Thank you very much for growing an awesome and unforgettable crop.

A few good things to take noted of at this facility.
#1 there are two truck stops right off the main road (they fill up fast)
#2 there is plenty of space for backing
#3 pretty easy to find via truckers gps and google
#4 they definitely did their job with making sure signs are posted to their facility
#5 the staff was friendly in office but the dock workers don’t speak much English but they get the job done
#6 they have a scale and the say it is certified
#7 they scale you prior to getting loaded so come full of fuel there are signs posted to say they are not responsible for leaving room for fuel
Now a few things I didn’t like
#1 this is a FCFS facility (however someone who came after you maybe loaded before you)🙄
#2 restrooms are outside (portajohns)
#3 loading time took more than 3 hrs🤦🏽‍♀️
#4 over weight had to go back to the dock to remove overage (but the scale is on site) still a timely process
#5 you are not allowed on the dock without permission (some brokers require this) but not my experience
#6 you do check in at the main office however you will need to drive 1/2 mile to the loading area to pick up
#7 this company and the brokers need to work better together to inform the drivers of their procedures prior to checking in so they know what’s expected and don’t have to leave and get fuel etc.

SLOW. Going on 8.5hours sitting in the dock - haven't put anything in the trailer.
Dispatch called twice. 1st time : many ahead of you, we're busy....okay.

2nd time: no reason. We dunno when he'll be loaded..maybe tonight.

Is the load ready? Is the product available? Where am I in line? Am I next?

We dunno...
Worst part? It's only going right down the road...28 miles.

9 hours now, still nothing...

I went to pick up a cargo, I'm a truck driver, I’m woman and my experience was unpleasant because of an employee named Talina.

There were portable bathrooms and I wanted to use them and this woman named Talina who works in shipping and on the scale, very rudely I deny the use of the bathroom.

She had a very bad attitude and it's a shame that in this company there is a woman like her working there; she is not kind to people, and a very bad co-worker:
