Not bad at all! Some small streets across, one shows "Dead End", good to overnight there, undisturbed. Signed in an hour prior the 6:30 appt, out at 7:15, ppwk in hand. Lumper fee is high, but you get reimbursed, so alright.

Got here at 630am for 0800am appointment. Was given a door straight away 16 skids with a lumper fee and was gone in a hour half or less. Easy backing. Overnight shouldn't be a need pleanty of truck stops within 30 mins. Picture added because I love Christmas lights.. extra stars to a company for decorating.

Super duper service..Employees are nice and professional..Fast unloading...lumper fee yes ..Cheryl in receiving very nice and make check in easy ,simple and fast...lot of room to back in ..from 131 to Franklin rd exit and make left at Ionia they are on right side ..Big thanks to owner of Van Eerden to keep his employees and customer happy ..U can pick up and deliver here without any troubles..safe and clean place ..

The unloading employees are Mexican and when a Mexican driver comes they will definitely take before you my appointment was 6am and come 5:20 they told me to wait till 6am and 5:40am Mexican dude come out side and collect bills from this company drivers there were Mexican and no body come to me remember I was the only driver who arrived before everyone the company need to check what these Mexican employees are doing red flag 🚩

This place sucks, checked in at 7:15 for an 8:00 appointment. Only had six pallets to come off here, it is 11:00 and still here. No information why it's taking so long just we will call you when your bills are ready.
