We have used Vally Farmers for quite a while and their service has always been fantastic. They have helped us with a variety of propane needs, and we have always enjoyed working with them. I have always talked to Valerie and she has been a pleasure to work with every time. We recently had a minor issue with a delivery and when I voiced my concerns to Valerie she handled it in a way that was probably one of the best ways I've seen a company handle a customer concern. She was very happy to help and was compassionate about our situation and had zero hesitation assisting us as well as did it incredibly fast. This company deserves 5 starts before this but are exceeding a typical 5 star business. We will continue to recommend this company to all of our customers that have propane needs and will continue to use them ourselves for the entirety of our needs of their service. If an owner or manager is reading this, Valerie needs a raise, she is an outstanding employee!

Turned down balancing a pair of tires at 3:30 on a Friday, with an empty shop, for 25$ dollars a tire (which is by far the most expensive around)... a 20 minuet job at best. Clearly they don’t need the money or my business. The guy working in the shop just laughed and said he doesn’t work late. Late= 3:30? $50 for 20 mins of work? Off to Walmart. Regrettably. Would have loved to spend some money locally.

They have always been there when I forget to check the levels in the tank. These guys are awesome! If new to the area I would STRONGLY suggest these guys to the fullest extreme!
