What a cute cafe! The view of the water is lovely. Lots of windows to see outside. There’s lots of seating available and also outside seating. We stopped by for breakfast and it was all yummy!

We stopped for lunch on a Tuesday in August. We had two kids and two adults and everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere. The sandwiches came with fresh bread, chips and drinks. After we bought cookies to enjoy later. They were huge! There's a large dining room and a patio overlooking the water with a pergola cover. During the summer they put houseplants on the patio giving it a tropical feel. Out front there were picnic tables for even more seating. Everyone working at the deli was very nice. We would definitely go back.

We stopped here on our day trip through the UP and was not disappointed! Our lunch was perfect! We got the Chicken Fajita salad and Spicy Pokë bowl with salmon and our dishes were PERFECT! Tried the mandarin cardamom tea and that was also wonderful!

Our favorite place to eat in the UP. We even come up from northeast Wisconsin every year for their special Valentine’s Day dinner. Excellent food, service, and clean facilities.

Bright, clean atmosphere and they make delicious food! Schooner on sour dough was superb. The house made croutons were delicious with the broccoli and cheese soup. So many choices! Many sandwiches, poke bowls and salads. Sweets too!

What a lovely spot! Right on the lake, delicious sandwiches with a wide variety of choices. Breakfast offered in the mornings until 11am. A side meeting room would work great for groups or parties. We had the Italian and the Chicken Salad sandwiches! Fresh homemade chips. Be sure to stop in while visiting the Quiet Side of the UP in Manistique MI.

Stopped by in the early afternoon for some quick coffee and maybe a bite, ended up staying to take in the beautiful sunshine on the patio and watching the wildlife. This place is a dream find on a long road trip.

This deli was very good the scones were amazing but the sandwiches were even better like how!? I got the Haywire one of their most popular sandwiches and I’m blown away the sourdough bread is really good, the lettuce and tomato is fresh, and the turkey is very rich in flavor. Next time I come back to the upper peninsula I’m definitely coming back.
