Krista drove me from Alpena to Gaylord after a horrendous snowstorm that buried my car in Gaylord. Unselfishly, she helped dig me out and made sure I started safely on my way home. Her service was way above and beyond and I would definitely recommend her in the future.

We had booked a taxi shuttle from Pellston airport to Mackinac City a few months in advance for our wedding. Our flight from San Diego to Pellston was delayed two hours, of which I notified Up North Rides about the delay ahead of time. We were told they would wait for us, no problem- since airline delays are out of our control. Once we arrived to Pellston the driver took us to Mackinac City, about a 15 minute drive. I tipped him $20 since he waited for us after our flight had been delayed. I was not told what the cost of the ride was, nor was I told they were going to charge me overtime for waiting for us. I was charged $180 total, with no receipt, and I have been unable to contact the company since then.

Shane with Up North Rides is the most amazing driver. He is always early for your pickup, the vehicles are spotless, inside and out. Shane has been our go to driver since 2019. Airport pickups from Petoskey and Traverse City to Harbor Springs! When our Daughter had her December Wedding in Harbor Springs, Shane made sure the numerous pickups went seamlessly! Our guest were raving about Up North Rides!!! On one occasion, our friend’s luggage did not arrive on the correct flight into Traverse City. Shane made two round trips to pickup the luggage and deliver it to our home late in the night.

So many more occasions I could share…they are all 5 Star ⭐️

We had an awesome Driver pick us up and take us to an amazing wine Tour,
out on old mission peninsula!! His mane was Shane, We just had the best conversation and the wine tour was Shane's recommendation!! We highly recommend this ride service to anyone we know and for anyone else as well. In our book Up North Rides was 6 out of 5 stars!!! Highly recommended to Antoine needing a ride service!!

We were caught by surprise when we found out ride shares like Uber and Lyft aren’t up in Pellston. We called an hour before our flight got in, and had a ride when we landed! The ride was so nice, clean car, quiet music, good conversation from Krista. Not only that, but Krista even stopped at an Walgreens on our way in for last minute things. Upon arrival to our destination, Krista offered to arrange our pick up for return to the airport at the end of our trip. Milan picked us up to return to the airport and carried on the impressions stated above. Cannot recommend this company enough!
