I bought 2 of their grow kits this summer. Neither of them grew. I contacted the business and received a reply that day that there had been some problems. They said they would replace them however it has been over 6 weeks now without further response such as how I could pay for shipping or any reply’s to follow-up emails. I will be happy to revise this review if they ever follow up

Still no satisfaction with UP gourmet. I was finally able to contact them. Other than being told shipping would be about $15 they have never given me information on exact amount or how to pay. I was in the UP last month and stopped by the store which was locked. Their voicemail is full and they never replied to my texts after telling me to call or text them.

My initial review of 1 star stands. If you live in the area they may be great but not if you are out of the area
