Wow! What an amazing resource!
I'm just a residential homeowner in Bakersfield. I wrote in with a question about a newly planted tree in my backyard that's failing, hoping to maybe get one answer back eventually from the 4 people to whom I directed my email. I not got a response the same Friday afternoon I wrote in - and not only did everyone else answer by Monday - they even pulled in other folks to help answer! Their advice was incredibly prompt, substantive and reasonable for a homeowner to do. I feel 1000% better about my little tree's chances for survival. Never mind 5 stars - this is a 10-star office!
