Very helpful in getting my new Henny Penny open vat fryer installed.
I called to schedule an install and they were able to do it same day!
The service person that did the install and training was fantastic with my employees, answering every question they had. Was very patient with the employees even if they asked the same question in different ways.

Don't know about their quality of work or products but do not work for this company! They put on a huge front about being family oriented and how they care about their employees. Made me drag all the kids down there on a Monday morning during summer, hired my husband and fired him with now no warning before he even finished training. Apparently a few others a well. You can't tell me you didn't know you didn't need 4 ppl and within, what, 2 months freak out and fire everyone. Long story short. They will leave your family high and dry with no warning so be warned!

Edit - We also had another issue with a separate fryer the following day. We were on the phone with the worker named Patrick. He was so amazing and he helped us out a lot and he definitely save the day. Thank you guys so much

I am going to start by saying I am not one to review products at five stars for no reason. When you buy products from UFSS the machines are not only great, but the customer service that comes with it is equally outstanding. If I have questions, I get answers right away. If there is any issue, they get assistants out fast and our location is a couple hours away. They also stood by us to help get our new programs up and running. I would defiantly recommend any business looking for new machines or to expand on what they have to go with UFSS.

They were very prompt in servicing our equipment when we had an error code. They were at our location in an hour and had us running again before our lunch rush. The technician was very helpful and kept is informed of what he was doing and what created the error so we can avoid it in the future.
