Pretty decent delivery experience here. There are two outside docks around the back of the building. The entrance to them is the one nearest the railroad tracks. I was unloaded fairly quickly and had no issues at all in dealing with the dock employees.

I didn't ask, but it sure looks like one could park overnight in front of the building if delivery is scheduled early in the morning.
