I’m a company driver so not as painful as it would be for an owner op! Driver beware clear your schedule if have another pickup same day YOUR GUARANTEED TO LOOSE THAT LOAD. I got in 2hrs early, I parked streetside (good luck). My appointment was at 10AM it’s now 12PM and was just told I was ok to take a nap, lol was told when you eventually get a door to plan another 2-3hrs to get unloaded. (Capstone) nuff said. If you need to do a 7hr SB this is the place to do it lmao

Great Mexican Restaurant across the street!

Edit for new delivery....

Definitely great place to waste your whole drive time. If you're not there to check in at 4am, your day will be wasted. Arrived at 830am and finally got out after 4pm. Missed our next pickup appt due to the slowness of this place. The only upside is the little eatery across the road.

First trip.........

Not much parking at all. Have to park on the street. Porta potty available. Gotta watch the locals because they will tag your trailer 🀬 get in check-in line at 4am and wait because the line gets long fast. Place gets crazy at 9am with all the trucks. Great little place to eat across the street πŸ’―

We came to check in at 4 AM and they said that the door should open at 5 pm so the check in would be done but it wasn't until 5:30 AM. The door was opened and one person came and was checking. The other person with them came with an envelope and started picking up Pepsi and cans from outside. Please increase his salary so that he can give time to the drivers too. He comes and first takes a bite of the can and then I don't know what he does after that. He keeps it in the car and then he comes and checks. Such a shameless bear comes to the house and doesn't say anything.

I really dislike adding bad reviews; but this receiver is extremely horrible. Check in line took 2hrs, which is completely uncalled for. Avg rate to check in 1 driver was 15-20 min. The people inside the receiver house are extremely rude, talk offensively towards drivers. This place needs to be investigated by UNFI corporate. In addition there is barely any street parking nearby; drivers double park and end up blocking traffic, the place is tight. Ultimately just a complete cluster is all it is. Avoid if possible. 0 stars UNFI
Corporate please vet the people that you hire.

First time delivering there good experience in and out under 2 hours full truck load. . To check in park on the street then walk to check in. Plenty of overnight parking on the streets.
Long line at check in so now you know what to do.

What a dump. No wonder the majority of the companies/industries are going down the drain. There is too much responsibility for less wages, and people are/ become extremely lazy. Hispanic workforce is good, but Hispanic management is 3rd worldish. There's not enough truck drivers parking all over the streets. Shipping and receiving workers hiding behind closed doors and blinds.

Management needs to man up and reorganize this UNFI company! Truckers are here to deliver and move America, whereas you also work to serve Americans. Stop teating us in an unprofessional manner and get these drivers moving.

Most truck drivers have shitty days and still manage to keep a smile and positive energy, until they come hereπŸ˜…

Receiving window doesn't open until 0630. Slow check in process. Slow unloading. Bald guy in receiving is more interested in messing on his phone and policing high vis vests than checking in drivers. Avoid this place if possible.

A genuinely awful place run by some very terrible people... The workers have to eat outside - even in the rain. Drivers have to find parking on the street, somehow, and walk to check in. It takes UNFI 20 to check EACH driver in and 20 minutes to check each driver out. The drivers have to wait outside - even in the rain. This tempts drivers to cut in the line; which then tempts other drivers to fight.
