Decided to come here instead of the only other boba option in Santa Cruz. Not in disrespect to the other shop since they are beautiful too, but I am so happy I came here and tried it out. I got the Jasmine milk tea, 25% sweetness, with boba and coconut jelly; a classic order I've shaped over the years. Let me tell you all, it was perfect. It tasted like home.

Next, my friend Zach got the matcha latte, 25% sugar with boba. He said it himself that this was THE BEST matcha he had ever had.

Lastly, there seemed to be only one worker today and she was so well informed on the menu and answered my questions perfectly. She is doing an amazing job! Shout out to Jasmine!!! No wonder she made such a good Jasmine tea!!!! You are beautiful, Jasmine. I hope you do wonders in life and spread all the joy you can.

The Asian kid that works there in the afternoons was rude and condescending. If I’m going to pay $6 for earl grey, it better come with a smile or something. The tea with boba was fine.

The restroom is just for employees, not customers. In a beverage shop. What?

Lychee boba was way too sweet for me; it should be possible to customize tea sweetness. Also, the place had quite dirty floors and looked badly kept in general. Not inviting.

Our favorite place to get boba in Santa Cruz. They'll also cater for parties! That was pretty fun and a great party pleaser.

I have mixed emotions on my review. Food is 2-star because, they don’t have the drink I want, and ended up getting what i dont like. 3-star for service. It was not bad, it was not good either, 1-star for atmosphere. It was just sad there. The workers look very unpresentable but both are nice. I dunno. I’m sorry guys. I just have to write an honest review.

TeaZone is a safe, predictable place to go for average Tea. It's good tea but with a little more effort it could be better. Their quality is an 8 on a scale of 1-10 putting them in the 80 percentile. Pricing is on par with competition. I prefer Happy Lemon and Fantasia, their quality is just a bit better and their stores are built out nicer and usually cleaner.

I give TeaZone a solid 4 star because overall they do a good job and I can depend on a good Pearl Tea experience with each visit.

We’ve been to this place twice on the way to
The beach . I love their teas and the cup size is really good . The girl that works there though is not nice . First time I thought oh well, probably a bad day, it happens. But we came few weeks later and same girl works there with same grumpy face and attitude. She talks to you like you really annoy her and interrupt her day with your order :)))

Cool spot. Having bathroom access would make it 5 star. Currently have to go to anytime fitness or the taco place just to go to the bathroom.
