Was looking for a post-workout protein shake & found this spot on Yelp with no real expectations. To my surprise, the protein shake was delicious, especially considering it's water-based & free of any milk. I initially thought it might taste too "healthy" or not as flavorful, but I was completely wrong—it was like a treat, with the perfect balance of flavor without being too sweet, just the way I like it. As a huge fan of peanut butter and banana, they recommended the "Chunky Monkey," and I'll definitely be coming back for it. It's packed with protein but still a low-calorie drink, which is a huge win. The owners were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and really knowledgeable about the products they use. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

If you are in the area you gotta try this spot , they have a variety of flavors of teas protein shakes etc but the service is top notch they are so friendly and hospitable they treated me like family . I'm definitely going to be coming back and support their buisness 🫶🏼🕊️🙏

I recently started a workout routine and thought I should add some protein. I tried the 36 gafe con leche and it tasted great. The people were super friendly too and seemed pretty knowledgeable. I would definitely go there again.

Very good smoothies and protein shakes. Very high in protein and very low in sugar. Very delicious too! I got their Reese PB shake and I liked it very much. Will come in again!

Clean place. Friendly Staff. They have a great pre and post workout combo. For the pre, flavor options are great: lemon, orange, pomegranate, tropical fruits, pineapple, blackberry. Loaded with Vit, no sugar. It gave me energy and did not crush.
For the post workout shake all the flavors look amazing. You can go up to 60 g of protein. Loaded with Vit and Minerals, including Glutamine and BCAA for a fast recovery and muscle growth. I had the lean green 48g of protein low carb option and it was delicious. The macros are awesome. P 48g, C 22g, F 5.5g. Sugar 10g Cal 345. Don't even notice the protein after taste.
