If I can do less than 1 star I would. The way they run this company is utterly ridiculous! I have spoken to 5 different people and received 5 different responses on services we terminated July 17th. With a bill less than 150.00 but they are saying today they will hold my 375.00 deposit for another 2 months which will be October. Please make it make sense!!! Oh yea and even though I was told 2 weeks ago not to pay the last bill of 105.00, they are now charging me a late fee. Tuskegee has to do better! This is sad how you take advantage of residents and students in this manner.

Very disappointing. They often close early even though the posted hours say they stay open until 430pm; make sure you call by 345!

They don't send disconnection notices like majority of services in the world; if your service gets shut off they have no after hours, weekend, or holiday team which can reconnect you. Seems archaic in a modern world. If you have kids or anything important going on over a weekend or holiday then beware, you will not get your services back on until they open.

Finally they can't reconnect your service unless someone is physically present in your home. This is also unacceptable and outdated in a modern world.

All these things cause problems for property owners who do not live in Tuskegee. It would be great if they could get updated with the rest of the world.

Last year , I had the city install a security light! They were great! I have called the city about a broken water pipe in my yard and they came within 30 minutes. Had to have a tap installed by the road and the crew that came were great. They did the work, cleaned up were genuinely nice people!

I tried many times to pay my bill today online, due to traveling. Im trying to meet the deadline, 02/17/2020! However, the service is not available. Why? I have no idea? Is this away of getting penalties added to a service that should be convenient at anytime? Because, I have tried every way possible to pay online today . Very Disappointed!!!

They charge almost 2 cents more per kWh than Alabama(who actually produces the electricity), that doesn’t sound like much but trust me it adds up fast. My electric bills have run at or more than $300 a month which is 3x as much as what I paid Alabama Power when I lived in Birmingham. They’re a racket that is propped up by corrupt local politicians who own large shares of Tuskegee Utilities Board’s owner Advanced Disposal and a vest interest in never doing away with it. It’s one of the reasons why the Tuskegee University and the City of Tuskegee broke away from each other.

Majority of the people that are working in the utilities department are extremely rude. I don't like talking to them. They'll hang up in your face, and talking to you any kind of way. Always make sure when after you pay your bills that your account number matches your bill!

They will reliably let you down customer service skills are non existent and nobody is trained with the information needed to be helpful in you plan on moving here dont Tuskegee Alabama will take everything and claim it to be your fault.

Great customer service! Very friendly, whether I come in for a payment or call the payment in. Workers are dependable and prompt when an issue comes up. Great Utility Company!!
