Phenomenal customer service! We had a fantastic experience from the very beginning! James was very kind and patient- as well as fitting us in in a short timeframe. Warning!! The sales guys that come to your door do not fully disclose the conditions of your contract. I was told I could cancel at any time, but when I called to cancel I was informed I evidently signed a 12 month contract (3 separate services being charged) with a $100 cancellation fee. I would have never signed up in the first place if I’d been properly informed!!

I waited 6 months to write a review to make sure it was legit and I could actually see results. I am amazed how well it works. I usually see little bugs and spiders in our basement daily no matter how frequent I clean up, but I have not seen any since they started treatment.
