I've been using True Green for several years and just want to give a shout out to Kenneth Endicott who just serviced my lawn. Great job, very respectful and answered all my questions. Hopefully Kenneth will be my regular service provider. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to acknowledge Kenneth Endicott he is a very respectful specialist he does his very best when he fertilizes my yard. I hope he continues to be the specialist in our area because he knows our perimeter of my home.

EDIT: I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because they gave me a partial refund which I'm happy with.
Full story: I paid $400 for 6 treatments. I haven't heard anything from them in over a month. No one showed up for their last scheduled visit, and no actual explanation nor apology was given. I got a missed call from them earlier, and when I finally got a hold of someone, I was told that they want to do a grub control service which is an additional cost. I said "You guys haven't given me any fertilizer in over a month" I also added that "Throughout my last few conversations, I was told 3 different things from 3 different people" The representative was unapologetic and not very helpful nor understanding.
They called me 17 hours after leaving this review, I assumed to clear things up but no. Jasmine from Tru Green trying to sell me "Mosquito repellent treatment". I said "Jasmine, you guys haven't been here in over 4 weeks and nobody showed up for the last scheduled treatment. I'm not happy with the service."
HER RESPONSE "YOU NEED TO TAKE THAT UP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'M IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT."
So appalling, what a shame.

TruGreen has stuck to it's promise of giving me the results I was looking for in lawn care. With all the issues that had arisen from the spring rains, they were quick to remedy the problems and some. I had an over abundance of weeds that emerged in the early fall and within days TruGreen was out with a weed killer and fertilizer that has given my lawn a new look. I have had their service for quite some time and would recommend them to all.

We have been with Trugreen several years, I’m very unhappy about your service this year. My lawn is turning brown due to over fertilizing. On top of that last week, on 9/14 the tech #9512 fertilized, then did a separate application for insect fertilizing for cinch bug & armyworms without coming to the door to ask if we wanted the additional service, or having someone call us about this. I was shock to be billed for the two applications. It was over $200.00. My husband has checked our lawn and has not found cinch bugs or armyworms. I feel I should be refunded the extra charge as I did not approve it.

I have always had great care from them. They can be a bit pricey, but when I used other companies....my grass didnt look nearly as good.

And their service men are honest and reliable. I have watched other companies hop out of their trucks, slap a sign up, and spray 10 feet of my lawn.

Outstanding customer service. I called them and was given a price along with an expectation. They came out and sprayed my entire yard. Including under our trampoline and deck. They now have my yard looking like a golf course.

The WORSE lawn service, ever!! I will NEVER use them again. I have more weeds and my lawn has balds spots where they killed my lawn trying to kill my weeds. They said they would come back and seed, last fall. I've not heard from them yet. Over two years of service with them, paid in full. I've contacted Tru Greens headquarters with my complaints.
