I have been coming to True Value since they opened and there are a couple things that stand out about this location.

1. Customer service seems to be their priority- whenever you walk in there is someone to greet you and ask if you need help with anything. I usually say no because I am familiar with the store but they usually have someone come over anyways and I typically end up having a question or asking for help.
2. All of their employees are knowledgeable- no matter what the question is they always seem to be able to find a solution. Several seem like handymen and are somewhat skilled in plumbing, electrical, etc.
3. Over time they have stocked the store very well and I noticed they are now Big Green Egg, Stihl, Yeti and Traeger dealers. I am willing to pay more for quality products so I appreciate their focus on stocking with reputable brands.
4. Convenience - being located in Newhall, it can be a pain driving out to Lowe’s or Home Depot when working on a project. True Value may cost a little more but the convenience and time saved is well worth it.

Overall I am very pleased with the experience at True Value, I have made many purchases here, had some of my window screens re-screened here and have never been dissatisfied with an experience. 5/5!

Forget Home Depot and Lowe's, this is the best hardware store in Santa Clarita. It's small yet they have everything, and I mean everything. Staff is extremely helpful to find exactly what you need and super friendly.

I have never experience such amazing customer service as I did today. It all started with a phone call. The representative quickly affirmed that they had the part I needed. When I arrived to the store, at least three employees already knew why I was there. A team of two attended me. Employee Chris made sure I got the right part for my scooter. Tested the screw snd knob a couple of times. I can attest, True Value prides itself on superb customer service. Will go there anytime I have a need for their products. Highly, highly recommend.

True Value is always an easy place to find whatever I’m looking for. Always feels better to shop small & the price is great.
I always stock up on their assortments of BBQ seasoning, gotta love Meat Church! They really do have a little bit of everything.
The sales associates are always knowledgeable and really easy to talk to, very friendly. Davey is the man! Great personality.

Recently had two window screens repaired. Terrific job and at a very reasonable price.

I no longer go to Lowe's or Home Depot. It's a pleasure shopping at a local store in which the crew is VERY helpful and knowledgeable. The True Value store might not have the selection of the big box stores and they may be a little higher priced, but I don't care! I quickly find what I need and am out the door.
