Terrible experience. As a commercial general contractor and construction manager for the last 20 years, I can easily say that I wish I would have never involved this company with the A/V and security system install on my personal home. At the last phase of the install, it took an additional 4-5 different crews to complete the final trim-out of the project, and none of them seemed clear on what they sold us. The A/V install was done in such a way that Geek Squad can't even figure out what they did, nor can they replicate its original functionality. As a result, I have brand new equipment that sits idle without the ability to put it to use or get it to communicate. Our alarm system was not properly programmed either and goes off in the middle of the night without explanation - waking the entire household up in a panic. Now, I cannot get a response from the owner on what I feel are serious warranty concerns. I would not recommend hiring this company for installs that require any level of technical expertise. They may be getting 5 stars for hanging t.v.'s on the wall - but, from my experience, they are totally unreliable otherwise.
