Broke the record for slowest pickup ever! Waited 8 hrs for 3 pallets and the worst part is they tell you maybe 7pm then maybe 8pm then maybe 9 pm.... wmI was a hostage here from 3pm to 11pm. And the forklift guys are not even embarrassed slacking on their phones, waiting for time to pass...

Was here for 3 hours and watched 15 trucks get loaded when we got here before them, and if you do the math, you will understand nobody else had to wait that long. Yes, some of the same products, but for some reason, we got thrown aside.

This company is top from untistars. Did check in 11 am left from the doors 4 am next day. Note to all Canadians they will push you to the last in the line after all Americans .good bless their hospitality 👎👎👎

(6hrs to load 2 skids that you have sitting on the floor.. bad service....in 2020)....now updating my review.. oct 2022 got the full truck load in 2hrs. I guess management changed but seeing an improvement in not wasting truckers time is refreshing hoping now that trinity is working better they keep it up.
