Absolutely worst tri green I have ever stepped in with zero hospitality/and no respect for the customers I went to purchase a mower from them drove 1hr and 30 minutes after being told nothing was wrong with it and I had my sales rep from Huntsville even call and seal the deal we got there and both sells reps tried to lie to me telling me the motor was supposed to be pouring exhaust from the bottom of the head that’s how they was made then I tell them I do not want a broken machine can we get it fix or have a tech look at it to make sure it’s not the head cracked etc they then proceeded to tell me they was not selling me the machine have a great day

Great crew at tri Green Cullman.the parts counter people know what they are doing as well as experienced guys in the shop I have never bought any equipment from there because I'm cheap and buy old stuff but my dad did and had a fairly major issue and they made it right

Friendly staff in parts department. Only drawback I had on visit was waiting. Several people before me wasting parts personal time with price shopping they could very easily accomplished on-line from their homes . And then , they had the nerve to complain about the prices ( which I believe are very reasonable ) , and walk out while fussing .

Called about Honda mower recall. Honda says they are authorized service for recall. Lady said never heard of it and should call Honda motorcycle place. Hey if you're an authorized service provider for Honda then how about look it up instead of pushing it off to someone else. No help whatsoever.

Salesmen were helpful and patience to explain things to my mother during 2 different visits. Our John deere lawnmower was delivered the very next day as promised. The delivery man was so kind to explain how to use every feature, routine maintenance, and most common mistakes owners make.
