BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR TRAILER ALREADY COOLED BEFORE COMING. Parking is tight, but not difficult, you’ll have to blind side , then easy as pie. Starting loading me immediately after arriving , had to wait 30-45 min for my trailer to reach 0 temp and I was out of there within 2 hours. Staff friendly. 10/10

Fast loading, but a complete disrespect for the drivers time. They will not open the doors to load you until it's 0 degrees or below in the trailer, and I don't have one single problem with that. The problem that I do have is that they will not give you paperwork until the temp gets back down to 0 after loading. I don't understand the reasoning behind that especially if the temp is 0 with an empty box before loading, it stands to reason it'll have no problem getting to that with a load on. The other issue I have is the security guard is too busy watching movies on her phone to pay attention to open the gate on the way out. I'm sorry, but if you're doing security, you need to pay attention to what's going on, not the latest shows and movies. 5/16/24 @ 2pm

Wouldn’t arrive early - they won’t load you until actual appointment time. Also no extra space for parking/waiting
Check in was easy
Backing this dock was tight- not enough maneuver room but doable.
Worker comes out to tell you to open doors and when to pull off - good communication
Did take quiet a while to load- 2 1/2 hours

It is a wonderful place in this country, the kindly people, please other companies should take their example, I love people like that and they have consideration with the drivers. My download was yesterday 05-16-18 and I arrived the next day they gave me doors without saying anything, may God bless this business and give them a lot of success and the owners of these companies. No overnight parking. And this is an extremely tight place. And you better have good backing skills. You can only arrive 30 minutes before appointment. They got me unloaded within about 45 minutes of getting into the dock.

Disrespect for the driver and they got my load to other drivers,the lady on shipping office argued with me because of her fault not doing her job correctly.this place is a joke they play drama on me.They stole my load bar it shame on them .

It’s a very tight place but people are good and I was loaded pretty quickly
