Did a verbal agreement to purchase a zero turn mower over the phone, when I went there 44 mi one way to pay for it the sales person who made the agreement with (Brad) tells me it was sold to someone else in Bad axe, and he would give me a great deal and have $100 off on last years model.
Needless to say, I went elsewhere and purchased a mower.

Stopped in to see different zero turns. Was outside for at least 15 minutes trying different ones. Saw someone watching from inside but he never made an attempt to come out and ask if he could help. Went inside to see a sales person,,,,,,,walked over to the service counter and asked for help and was directed to the man standing outside his office (same man who was watching us from the window). I'm sorry but if you can't make an effort to introduce yourself to a prospective customer then you obviously don't want to sell anything very back. Won't go back.
