I have had several tree services in the past and was ripped off. I found a company called Tree Medic that the city contracts with to do some of their work. Eddie one of the top certified arborist in the state of Florida came out to assess one of our 200 year old oak tree plus others to preserve their health. I understand why the company is called Tree Medic. They don't come in just chopping down trees to get your dollar$$$. The company looks at ways to regain the health and provide information to increase the longevity of the tree or will tell you why the tree should be removed endangering your property at stake. The crew that came out was very professional and knowledgeable about the scope of the work to be performed. I never knew a tree service like this "ever existed" in St. Augustine and so glad I found one that I can depend on from now on.

From pruning to tree removal, Tree Medic is simply THE BEST! Eddie Conlon, certified arborist, came out and thoroughly assessed our trees before sending his crew out to do the work. He recommended the removal of an old, birch tree near our home, which was readily approved by our HOA due to Tree Medic's stellar reputation. The crew of 6 arrived at our scheduled time 8:30am. They were knowledgeable, hard working, focused (no cell phones and chit chat), and respectful. Our trees looked healthy and happy when they were finished, and our yard was IMMACULATE. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tree Medic if you love your trees and want the job done right with a crew that has a strong work ethic. Keep up the good work!

Tom, who does the bids and often directs the crews, is amazingly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Rick, who mans the calls, gets back with me when he says he will. The crews do excellent work and I appreciate that the company is licensed and bonded. I never call anyone else!

Fair Price, great service, honest work.
Crew was great, they moved all my yard ornaments from the cutting area and put them back when they were done! Neighbor had a couple trees needed trimmed as well and they took care of it on the spot no issues. All in all great service, will use them again next year!

The company was very professional did a huge job for us $18000 worth of work 3 large trees very large stumps clean up trimming of other trees in order to get the Crane in very patient with waiting on the insurance company to issue funds

Eddie and has crew did a great job with a few trees we needed cut down. They were prompt, reasonable, friendly and very professional. He educated me on a few other trees I was questioning and was honest enough to tell me not to worry about a few others in question. Highly recommend Tree Medic!
