DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I paid for FedEx overnight on an order. According to TopHat’s to website they guarantee live delivery with this method of shipping. I was not issued a tracking number when they sent out my order. The delivery driver left the crickets in an abandoned area and the crickets died. FedEx has told me repeatedly they will make the order right if TopHat completes a damaged delivery form. Top Hat refuses to complete the form or provide me with replacement crickets. They have no desire to make this right. I have ordered live crickets from other providers with no problems. Don’t waste your money!

The reason why I'm giving this a level 1 star review is because of the shipping depending on where you live they want you to pay $35 for shipping yeah that's not going to happen I can buy them for cheaper and have only about 50 of them come dead and only paid $25 for the entire thing

Shipping crickets with ups and having crickets die often is crazy to me, and then not giving credit for your deas crickets is nuts.
This place should be investigated for animal abuse of crickets.
Do not use ups to ship live animals in non climate controlled trucks that means they die in cold weather!!!

Ordered from this company 4 times all my overnight express last 2 times didn’t get crickets for 4 days they are rude and no need to call and complain they just don’t care save your money order from Fluker farms they have a better selection of live food and are not jerks if I could give a zero star I would

Great job getting us crickets in the middle of the winter. Followed up after delivery. I have been struggling with many other companies but with overnight shipping my order was less than a competitor price before shipping. Great job guys, highly recommend. Last order had heat packs and was boxed inside a box. The offer hub to hub shipping if it gets extremely cold.

Ordered 250 in March and June. No dead crickets on arrival and after a week still alive (well the ones that were spared this week…lol)

I strayed and ordered crickets from another company in late April - awful experience more than half were dead and smelled bad and steadily died.

poor packaging, all of our crickets were dead on arrival, they came in a box with no air holes and no stickers on the box to indicate live animals are inside. the potatoes in the box were completely un touched indicating the crickets didn't even have time to eat before they died. the company wasted our shipping cost and didn't even want to give us full credit for the dead crickets at first. we feel that if they were packaged better, there would have been a better survival rate even though ups delivery was late. they just put it off on us as first time customers to deal with shipping fee even though they are apparently contracted through ups and should have insurance. we won't order again.

Amazing service...I placed order just before noon one day, paid the overnight shipping and crickets arrived within 24 hours! Amazing quality...The crickets were very well packaged, with ventilation and food source. All appear to be healthy and thriving. I will definitely be ordering my crickets from here again and again!
