Tonight when I returned to order the Tuesday ham and cheese sandwich special, problems developed from the onset. The person taking my order, cashier 5, decided to place Swiss cheese on my order where I'm at this restaurant just about every Tuesday and order American cheese on my plain sandwich, and how I ordered it this evening.

I saw the food preparer making the sandwich, and caught the Swiss cheese being placed on the meat and said that's not how I ordered it and you have made my sandwiches previously, and that must be for another customer. She removed the Swiss cheese and placed two slices of 1 x 3 inches of American cheese on my sandwich and started wrapping it up.

I mentioned that that's not the proper serving of cheese for a sandwich, and with no condiments added to it, I receive around 5 pieces. She bagged the sandwich and handed it to me where I mentioned that this would be my last time at this location, and I would notify the owners about this service.

I've been a Togos customer for around 30 years and this is how a 6 inch $10 sandwich is served?

Subway offers 12 inch sandwiches for the same price and they are under consideration for this type of services rendered.

We used to primarily come for the soups where they have discontinued 80% of them leaving only the sandwiches as the only reason for my business. After this we will look elsewhere first.

Formally located on Prospect Road, they moved to this place where the other business is privately owned.

The soup selection used to be on a daily basis where now its a hit and miss where they make whatever is in stock.

I enjoy the weekly sandwich specials where you receive a small sandwich, chips and a drink for under $10. The food and breads are fresh and special gluten free orders are easily prepared.

$18 for a sandwich and it was terrible. Pastrami had no flavor. The pickles were gray and soggy. I can’t believe i paid $18 for this thing. Never going back.

I love Togo’s. There was a time I only used to eat Togo’s the entire day.
Just to relive the same we went in to have dinner at this location. The moment we entered this location, there was a brust of Clorox smell. It was so intense I had a burning sensation in my nose. The fumes from the cleaning solutions were super intense our eyes became watery and red. It felt as if we entered a chemistry laboratory.
I hope the staff here doesn’t fall sick just because they were super helpful and made sure the order was completed to their best ability.

After 10 years of not being in a TOGO'S I decided to get a sandwich. I ordered the sriracha pastrami and let me tell you it was absolutely amazing. My love for Togo's has been reinvigorated. TOGO'S is officialy 110% better than subway. Service is great you actually get smiles. Will be coming back thanks!

I ordered online. I’ve worked at Togos and eat the best pastrami from the bay to Los Angeles. The meat was old dry and very salty. The guy explained to me that you never had pastrami. Then you should know it’s salty. As I write this review my mouth is burning from the salt. I took one bite and I got on my car and took it back. Togos ain’t what it used to be. Some people can make burritos but not everyone can make pastrami. I used to love the 9 now, I think twice about eating from a place where the Management or workers don’t know the history of American Togos. 😡 Ruined my appetite.

The sandwiches and wraps are consistent and provide a quick meal solution. There is a lot of parking and the location is easily accessible. The process of ordering and paying upfront at the register is resulting in a breakdown of communications. It seems inevitable that something is not "as ordered" such as dressing added to the wrap not on the side as requested, or a normal amount of pickles, not extra. It is never a major deviation... but not exactly right.
