My daughter wanted a tres leches cake for her birthday. This is the bakery we normally go for our pan-dulce( Mexican sweet bread) so I asked if they could make me a cake. I saw one in their display case and asked if they could make it tress laches in a different color. The cashier said she wouldn’t be able to make it. The Baker came out from the back and said we can definitely make it and she did not disappoint.

The bakery has delicious bread. I love their mini conchas for 0.60 cents and bollios 3 for a $1. They don't accept eBT SNAP for food though. 🥹. Only cash and credit.

I had to pay $3 for a box to carry what I bought, what? The only reason I needed a box is because I bought almost $30 of merchandise, to make customers pay for a box is ridiculous. They lost a customer today.

I used to come here back in the late 90' and early 00' there was always fresh bread no matter the time. I stopped coming here in the late 00' as this stopped being the norm. I have tried it on a few different occasions since then and I always run into stale bread. Today was no different stale bread and some burnt. I don't know if they only bake in the morning and by early evening it's all stale. I can say that the bread I got today seems like it was baked yesterday. I don't think I will be back. I miss the days that there was baking multiple times a day and the humidity from the warm fresh bread would make you feel like a hot stuffy summer day in Texas.

On Tuesday the 10th I went to the bakery and in the line in front of me were two elderly people and Mrs. Roberta who works at this bakery, the cashier was serving the Mall, a rude person asked her for some rolls and she started throwing them. the bag when it was my turn. The person who served me was also doing the same thing. I told him you have to be nicer to people. I don't mind. You have to have a little more cordiality. If you have to serve here, she told me, I don't care. You care because it's not your business, the poor owners don't know how many people they're going to lose because it's my first time here but it's also my last and she told me well, I don't care, those were Mrs. Roberta's answers, well, that's what she said. . I called but I will never return and also her floor was very dirty and the men who were inside, the bakers, did not have gloves or hair nets, how disgusting.

Horrible customer service. I just had a a bad experience today. Employee was being so rude and she was blaming me for it because according to her i was being rude first which is not true. I do admit I was being rude but because the way she was talking to me which was rude She was only saying that because there was a customer there at bakery. I asked her to put bread called conchas in seperate bags because they were gonna get smashed since they we're still warm and she said in a rude way why didn't you to tell me before I put all of it in same bag and I told her I forgot. But it's common sense she should know better specially if she works at a bakery. Sure enough I checked it and they did get smashed so I returned it and she said now what do you want. I just ask to get a refund. She kept arguing with me which it looks bad on her as an employee. She never apologized to me. Don't recommend this bakery.
