Ordered assorted doughnuts received all chocolate. I doordashed the order. They said I needed to come in to get a refund. Also zero timbits available, waiting for.that refund. What a joke! Will not recommend or ever return. Thanks for screaming for staff as I'm waiting. Time for some management training. Good luck!

I went through the drive thru and ordered drinks and a $10.00 gift card. The worker was having an issue with the card loading. He then got two other workers to help. They were saying how they couldn’t understand why all the gift cards were not loading and was getting errors. The worker then laughed and I said “I hope you are not getting multiple charges for this” and then realized they were continuing to run my card through trying to get the gift card to load. At that time they said it worked and handed it to me. I left and waited and watched my account to check for the purchase. Sure enough I had 3 purchases for $16.93. I went back and went inside and showed I was charged 3 different times. The worker at the beginning was helpful in refunding me but then things changed. She 1st gave me $16.93 back then said she had to do it again. Then she refunded me 6.93 and said that was for the drinks and I needed to purchase the gift card again. I told her it did not add up and she looked annoyed. I did the math 16.93X3=50.79. She gave me $23.86 and still proceeded to tell me I needed to pay back 10.00 for the gift card. She grabs her phone calculator and then gives me 10.00 and said that was right. At this point I’m frustrated and leave. I leave with $33.86 and still no gift card and realized she never gave me my receipt back and shorted 10.00.

I love Tim Horton's coffee and when coming to town my routine is to go to Marysville Tim Hortons to start my day. This morning I was treated horribly with such disrespect by one of the drive thru staff and manager I will never go back.
My $20 ripped as I went to pay, the young Lady work in the window asked her manager if she could take it the answer was no. I explained "I'm so sorry both parts are here if I had tape I would tape it I know the bank will take it". The manager, without coming to the window or even looking in my direction said we're not taking it. I said give me a minute to get some change, when the window opened back up, I asked what was the change amount as a reminder. there was now a young man with a nose ring who waved his hand at me dismissively and told me "I have the next customer order ready" I didn't even have the option to pay for my coffee with my debit card if I didn't have enough change from my purse. I am a friendly person and work retail myself and was not being difficult, I get rude and unkind customers and would never do that. It was completely unwarranted to be treated this way. I was not holding up the line it was 9 am so not a major rush at that moment and had my debit card ready when they came back if I didn't have enough change.

The brown haired female manager refused to make our order right 10/31/24 and when we asked her to correct the order and make it right, she threatened to call the police! Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any business in my entire life and I'm in my 60s. I've never been in trouble with the law, I just wanted my breakfast sandwich remade with the egg they had left off. An absolute monster was the manager over breakfast this morning and the red haired lady who took my sandwich and threw it away without replacing it with one with an egg. The sandwich was made wrong and they would not give me a replacement. All this for a missing lousy egg.

Update: I filled out the form:
Our BELT breakfast sandwich at the Marysville, Michigan location (1551 Gratiot Blvd, Marysville, Michigan 48040) was made incorrectly today. It was made without the egg. There were around 20 people in the drive thru lane. We went and waited in the long drive thru lane, again, to get the sandwich corrected. Every other restaurant would have given a free sandwich for the inconvenience, but first the red haired girl asked for the sandwich back, took the sandwich and then threw it out. Then the brown haired manager said because we had eaten some of the sandwich (that they had thrown away,) that we would not get a new sandwich at all! I said several times that I wanted her to make it right and give me the correct sandwich or a refund and she threatened to call the police so I drove away immediately. I'm in my 60s and have never been in trouble with the law. I just wanted my sandwich made right or a refund and the manager refused to give either. Then she threatened to call the police! This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a business in my entire life. All because the manager and the red haired employee refused to provide any semblance of customer service. And all over a 25 cent egg that they left off the sandwich that we had ordered. I can't even begin to tell you how upsetting for a person in their 60s or anyone to be treated this way over a lousy missing egg. I'll never be back to this restaurant. I can't imagine a ruder, more horrible way that they could have treated a senior citizen this morning. No one deserves to be treated this way.

This used to be my favorite location. I came through every day on my way to work for two years, the food was always good, super fast service and the employees were exceptional.

This spring something changed and all of the outstanding employees were gone in one quick change.

Now the food is terrible and inconsistent. My order has been wrong every time I go through or the food is just inedible. The staff is full-on rude. I try every couple months to give them another shot because training new employees can take time but it’s never gotten better.

I won’t waste my time or money anymore. Especially after the last time where the employees literally yelled at my elderly father and I because we came inside. They claimed that the inside “wasn’t open” but the door was unlocked and the sign was on. Instead of just explaining the mistake or just taking our order the manager yelled (raised voice and all) at us like we were kids stealing from a candy store and then the other employees piled on. My dad was really insistent that he wanted to eat there still so we went through the drive-thru. They got both drinks wrong (2 black coffees both had cream), my breakfast sandwich I ordered had sausage instead of bacon and we were missing one of the two muffins we ordered. When I came back through the to retrieve the missing muffin and fix the other issues they tried to argue about the order and then finally conceded to give us the missing muffin. They did not fix the rest of the order.

I had placed a mobile order after I got put of work because I wanted to try thr new receese ice cap and get the 31 tim bits bucket for my son. When I got there they told me they ran out of the buckets. No big deal asked for a refund for the bucket they told me i had to contact the app to get a refund okay mobile went and parked in the parking lot and contacted someone from the app they told me I had to get a refund from the store I placed my order. NONE of the employees knew how to issue a refund so the shift lead called her district manager. Her district manager was very unprofessional saying she had the same exact order and they got a refund at her store well the time I got out of work and went straight to the marysville tim hortons I had no freaking time to drive all the way to port huron and back to marysville seeing I work in marysville VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL . I used to love coming to this location won't be going back.
Employees need more training
