Went to look at and buy a Santa Maria Grill. The sales guy was proud to tell us that they will match any advertised price. so I went online while standing there and found the same unit for $100.00 less. I told him sold if he matches the price. He made calls to his manager and all of a sudden they don't match pricing. I would avoid this location. Buy at Walmart or on line. better deal better customer service.

Ordered it to be shipped to Wisconsin. Intial delivery was damaged. I needed follow up info for delivery and Scott came through. I finally got my old country smoker brazos and am excited to get smoking. Thanks

I cannot say enough about how impressive this establishment is.

Peter, the manager, told me that customer service is the priority for the business and he was not lying. Communication was smooth throughout the process. I never felt ignored. I had a small issue with my order but rather than run and hide, Peter did everything he could to make things right. It's easy to give a good review when things go smoothly but I think the true character of a business shows when there are hiccups.

I cannot recommend BBQHQ enough and you all should purchase from them without hesitation

I can't say enough great things about my experience with BBQHQ. Everything has been fantastic. I initially went in with a ton of questions and they took the time to fully explain everything and show me all my options. No "same day" pressure. They answered all my questions and were honest about the pros and cons of all the products I was interested in.

When it came time to make my purchase, I received the same great customer service. Pick up was a breeze as well. Great advice was given about how to build out my grill in the easiest way.

These guys are great and their prices are competitive. No reason to go anywhere else.

A+ customer service. Peter was super friendly and helpful taking time to give me free advice over the phone on a grill conversion. I already called the other local BBQ shop competitor and they seemed angry at me and wouldnt help me. I'd rather do busienss with the friendly people at bbqhq.

My husband Rich, and I can’t thank BBQHQ enough for their outstanding efforts in the purchase of our new “Old Country Brazos Offset Smoker”! You came very highly recommended by Jeremy Yoder and deservingly so!!

This is a family owned business with unheard of integrity that one hopes to find in business deals but is generally lacking in America today!

BBQHQ bent over backwards to arrange shipping with the inclusion of all of our accessories!
This heavy beast was well protected and encased in 2X4’s and heavy wrap for safe transport. Your “care” was evident! As a result of those additional steps it arrived in pristine condition!!

To Chris, Peter and all who answered and returned our t/c’s and offered advice to help us…a HUGE thank you!!
