I’ve applied and called to check up on application. Page ave store hung up on my twice this morning on purpose.
the first was right after I said I was checking up on a application and she didn’t even say anything just abruptly hung up. I called again because I thought maybe she couldn’t hear me. Then this time around when she answered I asked for a manager and she just hung up. I know it was on purpose. you guys need to think about better desk staff cause that was rude and she doesn’t have any manners

Working for the Water Store is one of the worst experiences of my life.

I worked 10 hour shifts during the week, 8 on Saturdays for just over a year. They gave me no breaks, not even for lunch. If you were a customer you may have shown up wondering where I was when I was rushing to use the bathroom as fast as possible or seen me hurrying to swallow my bite if I chanced bringing some leftovers that day but after a while I just stopped taking any food to work at all.

The only benefits they offer are paid holidays after 90 days and vacation/personal time after a year for full-time employees, but with the staffing, you might be hard pressed to use that personal time in an emergency. They're advertising my old position for $13/hr but I was hired in at $15 over a year ago. They even hired some of my co-workers in for less than me, so beware if you want to apply.

Don't even get me started on the up-charging for items we could order ourselves off Amazon for less than half the price!

Lastly, I would like everyone to know that I was fired without any communication prior to being told I was done less than 24 hours before a scheduled shift!

For anyone that came in when I wasn't in the best of moods, I apologize, but consider my working conditions before making further judgements. To anyone else, I'll miss our conversations and hope you choose a competitor for all your water needs!

The Water Store has great and helpful customer service. They will load your water in your vehicle for you. I have a genetic bone disease and fine this especially helpful. They offer a water filling station that is accessible 24 hours. The price of a 5 gallon jug are the cheapest I've found in the area.

First time I've ever been. People were great, outside was okay, but the jugs in the parking lot was odd. Good prices but our water tasted awful and we ended up dumping the other jug we got. I hate wasting water, but I refuse to drink something like that. I'll go elsewhere.

I've never actually been inside the store. We always fill up our water jugs using the outside vending machine. It is always clean. Today I watched as the ladies working the store cleaned each cart after every use and wiped down the door handles inside and out after each customer. And their water tastes amazing!! ❤️

I went to the water store today to wash and fill 18 5 gallon bottles. I go about once a month. I have a weight lifting restriction but I have no choice but today was so special because a nice young man that works there helped me get the job done quickly and he was so friendly. He deserves a raise. Thank you so much for making my day easier 😊

Through our business we use The Water Store for our water cooler and have coffee delivered for or Keurig. The employees who service our business are always very prompt, pleasant and professional. We feel that The Water Store operates their business with integrity and gives great service. Their prices are reasonable and we highly recommend their service!
