I recently visited The Stand on a weekday afternoon around 3:30PM and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Short Rib Grilled Cheese for $13.50,Chimichurri steak wrap for $15.50,and Fire Fries for $3.99.All the food was excessively salty,making it hard to enjoy.The fries were tough and difficult to chew. Additionally,after placing my order,I had to wait about 20 minutes for the food to arrive at my table.The only positive aspect was the server's smiling face,which is why I'm giving two stars. Overall,this is not a good place to grab a quick bite.I won't be coming back.

The burger was amazing. They had a large selection of burgers and other items. You can substitute any burger with a veggie patty and the veggie burger is good as well. The meat patty was really good. I enjoyed the sweet potato waffle fries, the jalapeños aioli, and the pickles! I got the blue cheese burger. Delicious. Could have used more barbecue sauce but they have some on the side! Overall cool vibes and a great place for a beer and a burger.

I've just moved to Santa Clara and The Stand has become my new neighborhood gem. Always excellent service, friendly, clean, helpful with App, scanning QR for my points etc. Very consistent. I love the free pickles, and delicious homemade chips. Your generous portions, skin on fries (yum) and super onion rings are memorable. I love the hamburger meat cooking options. It's not offered at many places.

For what it's worth, I'm a foodie, a top 5% Google contributor, Yelper, and a cook. Five stars for Santa Clara!

The burger was okay. For about $10 I got the burger and for another $8 a large side salad. I liked the salad more, it came with a really nice yellow dressing. The lemonade was very sweet and there was also an interesting cucumber mont agua fresca.

Well first the food was delicious. The milkshake will make you want to slap your grandma it was like nothing I have ever had. And the onion rings, dang amazing.
However, I did have a problem with my order being charged twice which still isn't resolved not completely their fault. But I don't want to wreck their ratings since the food and carry out services were outstanding. Price is also decent if you're not paying twice. 😉
I would recommend eating here and when I come back to town to visit my daughter, I'll probably swing by and at least grab a cocktail or shake. 5 ⭐

The burgers are packed pretty well and kids meals are decent. Compared to other places the kids meals don’t have their own milk or drink. The available condiments complimentary as they are have to be asked for and unknown unless a staff asks you which then you have to ask for what is available

20 minutes for this tiny cup of mac and cheese right at opening do not come during your 30 minute lunch. Cashier was lovely but she had to go remind kitchen staff because they were too much talking to complete orders. I was about to ask for a refund to be honest
